CSV, OFX, QFX, QBO, or QIF · processed locally, never uploaded
Private by design
Your statements are parsed locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, logged, or stored on a server — ever.
Known-good output
Files are generated to the exact shape QuickBooks expects: OFX 1.02 Web Connect with INTU.BID, unique FITIDs, and balanced IIF entries.
Catch problems first
Automatic column detection, date-format detection, duplicate flagging and row-level validation before you download.
Why won't QuickBooks import my bank file?
QuickBooks Online only accepts CSV uploads in a specific 3-column or 4-column layout, and QuickBooks Desktop's Web Connect import reads only .qbofiles. Banks export statements in whatever format they like — so the file your bank gives you often isn't one QuickBooks will take.
FiscalMend bridges that gap: drop in the file your bank gave you, check the preview, and download a file QuickBooks accepts.
